Challenge

Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center and The Pottsville Hospital/Warne Clinic of Schuylkill County joined together under the banner of the Schuylkill Health System requiring the creation of a completely new brand.

Solution

After an extensive discovery process, BrandSavvy developed a brand positioning focused on quality of care. The tagline, “The Road To Excellence Leads Here" was crafted as a metaphor for merging two roads into one and combining two hospitals under one banner, leading to the best healthcare in the area. BrandSavvy followed with logo and graphic design that blends Schuylkill County’s geographical imprint with the topography and lush green colors of the area’s landscape.

Also, a subtle flag effect, which follows the county’s footprint, is incorporated to salute the community’s patriotism, since the county is known for its many Medal of Honor winners. The new logo and color palette provide a fresh, youthful tone to impart clean, healthy living, growth and reverence for community values.
