Challenge
FirstGroup America is the largest provider of contract transportation services in North America. When FirstGroup America purchased Laidlaw Education Services, BrandSavvy's then current client, FirstGroup America sought BrandSavvy's advice to ensure its corporate identity, design and messaging was properly developed to communicate the value of its three key divisions: education services, transit and maintenance.
Solution
A communication audit and customer research indicated an inconsistency in branding among divisions that BrandSavvy remedied by introducing a cohesive brand architecture, design system and graphic standards. BrandSavvy then developed an online, Web-based management tool for application customization, so that each division, regardless of location, could quickly and efficiently access design templates for recruiting, advertising and promotions.
